Witches With Brooms Cleaning Services offers Residential Cleaning services to a select few.

It is important to read what we have written here so that possible future clients understand our guidelines for residential cleaning as they differ from our other cleaning services.

We are happy to provide residential cleaning to a selective few. What we mean by that is we only accept clients who require a personalized, deep cleaning service and who expect their homes to be immaculate.

We do not accept everyone who calls us for residential cleaning. We have a minimum of 3 hours cleaning service with 2 cleaners. With that being said, we do not accept clients who want a quick wipe down and who are wanting areas to be overlooked. We do not accept clients whose main concern is on a tight budget, as we charge $40.00 an hour per cleaner.

We are not the cheapest cleaning services, but we are the best for those clients who demand nothing but the best clean.

Just to give you an idea of the level of residential services we offer to our clients, here’s just some of the things we include in our rates at no extra charge. We don’t do all these things every time, however we are responsible for keeping our clients’ homes clean and we take that very seriously. Every client requires different personalized services, and if they request it, we do it.

We charge our regular clients $40.00 an hour per cleaner regardless of what services are required, they are included in the flat fee and our clients are welcome to use them whenever they want. We charge our one-time cleaning clients $45.00 and hour per cleaner.
Here are just some of the things included in our flat rate services.

We wash interior windows for sure and exterior if on ground level (extra charges do apply for each level above ground)

We clean window frames and sills

We clean walls, doors and baseboards

We move fridges and stoves to clean under and behind them whenever possible

We do laundry if our clients request it

We make beds and wash bedding if requested

We water plants

We do their dishes

We clean highly used items such as remotes and door handles

We pick up children’s toys

We lift all the cushions and vacuum all furniture

We move furniture to clean under and behind

We steam mop when necessary

We carpet clean with our machines

We do upholstery cleaning when necessary

We include inside ovens and fridges in our regular kitchen clean

We go inside cupboards if required

We clean out drawers when they need it

We clean pet dishes

We take out dry cleaning

We power wash exteriors of their houses

We clean our clients’ vehicles if requested

We clean their yards

We walk their pets

We clean their pet’s furniture

We clean cages and kitty litters

We remove ceiling vents and clean them

We climb to high places to ensure every space is clean

We even clean their shampoo bottles and tooth brush holders

Regardless of if our clients request it or not, they are welcome to use all or any of the above-mentioned services. Every client is different and requires different services.

We have had clients go away for a week. Their cat liked to stay home and didn’t want to be put in a cat care facility. We went 2 times a day to that client’s house to feed their cat and let him out in the morning and waited to be sure he returned inside for the night. We did that with pleasure for 7 days.

Another client forgot to get their mail held at the post office during their vacation of 2 weeks. We picked up their mail everyday while they were away and put it securely in their home for them.
We also take full responsibility when and if we damage something.

One of our new cleaners accidentally sprayed something and it stained our clients deep rich brown bathroom wall. We asked our client if they had any remaining paint so that we could repaint their wall. They didn’t have any left and couldn’t remember the exact color. We did a color match which was not easy as it was a very unique color. We repainted the wall.

Another time we were cleaning and a vase accidentally fell, it was a beautiful vase. We told our client what had happened and we went on the hunt to replace it. When our client returned a week later, he explained that the vase had come from France and that we were not likely to find it in a Canadian store. That was a stressful moment for sure. We asked him what it’s worth and paid it extra.

The reason these situations are being mentioned is to offer our readers and potential clients an understanding of what kind of residential cleaning service we are. We will also add that the above-mentioned clients are such good clients that we did not charge them for the extra’s services, it was our pleasure to help them anyway we could.

Without meaning to be rude, we offer our services to clients who want their homes spotless and who can afford it. As mentioned earlier we are not the cheapest, we are the best. We do not ever compromise our quality of services to meet client’s budgets. There are plenty of bargain basement cleaning services out there, we are not one of them. We are a quality driven service and we always go above and beyond for our clients.
